Please email us at info@americhin.org and inform our appointment coordinator that you wish to make an appointment for an initial examination.

At the first appointment you will be asked to complete a patient health history document. If you or your child is under the care of another health professional, please be prepared to provide all of the information related to that care. Once this has been completed, you or your child will be examined by one of our doctors. This will be a brief examination to determine if orthodontic care, either currently or in the future would be beneficial.

If orthodontic treatment is suggested, an appointment will be made to obtain the necessary diagnostic information.

At the consultation appointment, the doctor will discuss with you or you and your child the findings from the diagnostic information and make recommendations with respect to orthodontic treatment. This is an excellent time for all involved to ask questions.
